Fast booking over the phone with debit/credit card
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Payment methods :
A booking deposit of 1/3 of the total hire cost should accompany your
reservation form. Your deposit is payable by cheque, bank transfer or
debit/credit card (please always send us a copy of your transfer with
your booking form). Your balance is due 4 weeks prior to or on arrival
at our office.
Arrival and departure :
Your mobile home will be ready for you from 16h00 on the day of your
arrival & you must vacate it by 10h00 on the morning of the
departure. If you are going to arrive late please advise us by phone as
the entrance to the camping closes at 22h00 and we need to arrange a
pass, plus key collection.
Caution : On
your bill a caution of 120 euros is added, this will be refunded to you
in full when your accommodation is returned to us clean and free of any
damage, otherwise we reserve the right to keep part or all of the
caution to cover costs.
Cancellation : Cancellation means loss of your deposit, subject to our discretion.
General conditions : It
is understood that the mobile home owners, their agents or employees
shall not be held responsible for any accident or injury to me or to
any members of my party, nor for the loss or damage to personal goods/
property during the period of hire, although our help and assistance is
always assured.
Note: Bed linen and towels are not provided, unless by prior agreement.
